En sällsynt fatlagrad sake som bjuder på en aromatisk och komplex doftprofil med inslag av gula päron, vanilj, torkade örter, citrusskal och rostat bröd. Munkänslan är rund och lätt oljig, med en fin balans mellan mild sötma, umamirik kropp och tydlig fatkaraktär. Den avslutas med en mjuk mineralitet och lätt kryddig eftersmak.
